GENERAL INFORMATION


DATES

Tuesday, 22nd, Wednesday, 23rd and Thursday, 24th April, 2003.


VENUE
The Congress will be held at the World Trade Center Grenoble
Conference Hall (5 place Robert Schuman).
Grenoble, large and renowned centre for university education, research and industry, has a remarkable position in heart of the Alps mountains, an outstanding natural environment.


ACCESS TO GRENOBLE
By road and motorway: 50 minutes from Lyon via highway A48, 1h30 from Geneva via highway A41, 45 minutes from Valence from highway A49.
Paris is 3 hours away by TGV high-speed train.
International and national flights to Lyon
St Exupery and Grenoble
St Geoirs airports.


REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees include access to all conferences, poster presentations, conference documents for delegates (book of abstracts, final program, participant list), access to stands of the exhibition, coffee breaks and daily lunches.


CANCELLATIONS
50 % of the amount deposited will be paid back for written cancellations received before the 1st of April, 2003.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.


INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION
A commercial exhibition will take place in the hall adjacent to the conference room. Industrial companies developing devices and solutions in the field will present their products and solutions. Please contact the secretariat of the congress if interested for further details.


ACCOMMODATION
A lot of possibilities of hotel accommodation exist nearly World Trade Center Grenoble Conference Hall and a list will be proposed on the congress web site (here) or at your request at: nano2@scifrance.org
