Registration fees do not include the Gala Dinner on
Wednesday 10 March 2004. ICEF 9 participants can register
to the Gala Dinner subject to the payment of a contribution
fee of:
- 30 € (VAT included) per participant
- 60 € (VAT included) per accompanying person
(2): Copy of the valid student card must be attached.
Registrations will only be effective on receipt
of the registration fee, or an order form for payment.
Authors Registration
We want to draw authors attention on the obligation
for at least one author for each paper to be registered
to the Congress before
January 31, 2004. We will keep in the
program and documents (book of abstracts, CD Rom of
texts) only papers having respected this condition.
Registration fees include:
- admission to all conference sessions and poster presentations,
- book of abstracts, detailed program, list of participants,
- conference proceedings on a CD ROM,
- coffee-breaks and lunches (lunches will be taken in “ Le Corum ”),
- welcome cocktail,
- concert on Tuesday 9 March 2004.

Cancellation
In order to be entitled to a 50% refund, all cancellation
requests must be received by registered letter on or
by February 20, 2004. No refunds will be granted after
this date.
If you do not wish to be included on the list of participants
please tick the appropriate box on the registration
form.
Venue for
the Congress
The Congress will be held in the Corum in Montpellier,
in the city center (map).
Located between sea and mountains,
Montpellier benefits of exceptional touristic and cultural
resources. An international airport at one hour flight
from Paris and frequent connections by TGV (High Speed
Train) facilitate the easy access for
participants. The Corum is characterized by an unique
and modern architecture from Claude Vasconi. This building
is dedicated to culture and business and combines in
a single site the last modern techniques of a congress
center and an opera.

TGV railway station – le Corum: 10 minutes walking
distance. If requested on the registration form, the
Société de Chimie Industrielle will provide
you with a form allowing a discount of approximately
20% on the French railway network (SNCF).

Registration – Badges:
The reception desk will be open on Sunday, 7th of March
from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, on Monday to Wednesday from
8.00 am to 6.30 pm and on Thursday from 8.00 am to 12.00
pm.
Participants are requested to wear their badge visibly
throughout the Congress.
Hotel Accommodation:
Hotel reservations are being handled by “ Le Corum
”. For hotel reservations, please fill out the form and
return it to “ Le Corum ” by 31st January 2004.
