Instructions
for the preparation of abstracts
Authors
are kindly requested to send their 1-page abstracts. Electronic submission of abstracts is
recommended.
Margins
should be 3 cm wide on each side of an A4 paper format
(210 x 297 mm). The text should be single-spaced and justified
using Times New Roman 12pt font. The title should be centred
in bold 14pt letters, followed by the name(s) of the author(s)
(centred, 12 pt), and affiliations (centred, italic, 12
pt). The name of the presenting author should be underlined
and the name of the corresponding author should be indicated
by a star. Please leave a blank line between the title
and the authors, the authors and the affiliations (full
addresses with tel., fax and e-mail), and two blank lines
between the affiliations and the body of the text.
The
abstract should not include any drawings or graphs but
may include tables and references.
The
total abstract length should not exceed one page.
English language must be used.
Submission procedure
1- Download the template file "Abstract_Template"
2- Register it on your computer
3- Close it
4- Open it again and Save it as a Word document and rename
it as:
"Family Name of the Presenting Author_Abstract"
Example: Frateur_Abstract
5- Fill in the document
6- Attach it to the form
on the web site when submitting your abstract
