VAT is included in the indicated fees (19.6% VAT).
The registration fee includes:
- admission to all Conference Sessions, to the Poster Sessions, and to the Exhibition
- reception, coffee breaks and conference dinner
- book of Abstracts and Proceedings (CD-ROM).
(1)Registration fees do not include the conference dinner.
Registration and payment conditions
Registrations will only be effective on receipt of the registration fees, or an order form for payment.
Authors Registration
Registrate as soon as possible (preferential rate before june 15th)
We will keep in the program and documents (book of abstracts, CD Rom of texts) only papers for which at least one of the authors is registered (with payment).
Registration fees include:
- admission to all conference sessions, poster presentations and exhibition,
- book of abstracts, detailed program, list of participants,
- conference proceedings on a CD ROM,
- coffee-breaks and cocktails
- conference dinner (see conditions on the registration form).
An invoice will be sent after receiving registration form with payment.
Payment
- by check made out to CEFRACOR,
- by bank transfer to the account of CEFRACOR:

- by credit card (secured payment): only available for on-line registrations on this Congress website.
Cancellation
In order to be entitled to a 50% refund, all cancellation requests must be received only by registered letter on or by August 20th, 2004. No refunds will be granted after this date.
If you do not wish to be included on the list of participants please tick the appropriate box on the registration form.
Venue for the Congress
Nice, fifth town in France with 345,674 inhabitants, is the focal point of the French Riviera, so often the subject of paintings and photographs. Very proud of its turbulent past, the city preserves its extraordinary artistic and cultural heritage (Greek, Roman, Italian, Russian, English,…), and its own language, “Nissart”.
Renowned also for its culinary art, it celebrates the traditional feasts, such as Carnival, Battles of flowers... Land of tourism, culture and leisure, it is also a fertile ground for innovation, scientific research, universities (Sophia Antipolis’ proximity), and exchange.
Nice has the advantage of an exceptional microclimate. In September, the weather is usually sunny, and temperatures are typically around 21°C.
EUROCORR 2004 will be held in the Palais des Congrès Acropolis located in the center of NICE, within walking distance of many hotels (map).

By train:
The TGV (high speed train) links Paris (gare de Lyon) to Nice in 5 hours 30
By road:
The city is linked by the A8 to Aix-en-Provence. It takes approximately 9 hours to drive from Paris to Nice by motorway
Registration – Badges:
The reception desk will be open on Sunday, 12th of September from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm and the other days of the conference from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm
Participants are requested to wear their badge visibly throughout the Congress.
Hotel Accommodation:
Hotel reservations are being handled by Colloquium.

Rooms at preferential rates are being held for participants of EUROCORR 2004 from 11 th – 18 th September 2004 in a selection of hotels located in close proximity to the Acropolis Convention Centre in Nice. No shuttle buses will be provided between the hotels and the Convention Centre.
